Learn how to make brown sugar boba at home with this simple recipe! Ingredients

Cooking Directions:

  1. Bring water to boiling point.

  2.  Put raw tapioca into the water and stir for every 5 minutes with a large whisk preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

  3. Turn down heat to LOW and cook for 25 minutes with the lid not close all the way.

  4. Cover the lid all the way and take the pot out of the heat and steam on the counter for 35 minutes.

  5. Rinse thoroughly with cold water in a strainer.

  6. Add sweetener (Honey, Fructose) or Regular raw cane sugar to sweeten.

  7. Best served within 4 hours after cooking.
